Collective is a single point of planning and management for your domestic waste collections and is trusted by more than 50 UK local authorities to help them work safely, efficiently and flexibly every day of the year.
Collective integrates with your LLPG data and automatically processes update files daily to ensure your service always has the latest premises and collection point data. The cloud-based database stores records for all your bins, whether they are on order, in service or just planned for the future.
Flexible schedule covers any collection scheme, including weekly, alternate and three-weekly collections, nth day and on-demand services. Your schedules automatically integrate with your website so residents always know when to expect you, even on Bank Holidays.
All the major CRM systems have been integrated with Collective and allow requests to automatically pass to the service, including bin orders, bulky waste bookings, missed bin enquiries and assisted collection queries. Your customer service staff have access to all information from within their main system.
The optional route optimisation system uses real travel and weight data from your operations to design the most efficient waste service possible. Optimised routes are automatically loaded into Collective for immediate use or implementation at a future time.
We revolutionised waste collection in 2006 with the first fully-integrated in-cab system designed for municipal waste collection. Ten years later Collective in-cab systems are installed to 2,000 refuse collections in the UK and help crews to work quickly, safely and effectively.
Collective ensures you always know where all your crews are, which vehicles they are using and how they are progressing through their work. Clear screens and spoken alerts ensure that crews don’t miss assisted collection, important safety information or traffic instructions, whilst GPS ensures that the screen shows only information about nearby premises with the minimum of driver input.
Crews can quickly confirm collections, report bins not out or damaged and any other information you require. Information is continuously synchronised with the Collective cloud database so your supervisors and customer service staff always have the latest information about the service.
Collective doesn’t just work for RCVs. Our Android-based mobile application is ideal for supervisors, pedestrian staff and van crews working on bin delivery, bulky waste and other ancillary services. Just like the in-cab system, the Collective mobile application works offline so you never need to worry about phone coverage.
Safety of crews and the general public is paramount for any local authority and Collective has many features to improve compliance and promote safe working. Spoken hazard alerts and banksman prompts assist drivers whilst back-office staff can be automatically alerted to potential breaches, including speeding, unplanned reversing and unscheduled lifts.
