Training
Effective training of crews, users and administrators is essential to realising the full potential of our systems.
Classroom and in-place training is provided with all our systems, and is supplemented by printed manuals, quick-reference guides and unlimited advice and guidance from our support staff.
Hosting
Collective is offered as a traditional installed system but most customers opt for a fully-hosted solution. Bartec Systems take care of all the IT issues associated with database management, security and connectivity, leaving you with a single point for all support and minimising the workload for stretched IT departments.
Security and Compliance
Collective is designed with security and resilience in mind. In-built security policies conform with the normal standards for complex passwords, change schedules and automatic account locking. All data is encrypted before transmission and retained for a minimum of 5 years.
