email is a great way for us to contact our customers and keep people up to date with what we are doing. However, nobody likes spam mail and we have no intention of ever spamming people. Here are some simple statements about how we operate

1. We don't buy or sell contact lists, email addresses or any other personal data.
2. We don't use robots or automated programs to take email addresses from websites or anywhere else
3. We don't send out emails with 'no reply' address
4. We don't send out emails through other people's servers
5. We don't "guess" email addresses or do alphabetical bulk mailings

We do...

1. We check our contact information continually, personally (usually by telephone)
2. We have a real reply address on every email we send
3. We immediately action any requests to unsubscribe

Above all, we listen to you. It is not in our interests to annoy people with our marketing, so if you have any concerns about any item you have received please fill in our form and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
