Household Information
Waste Collector brings together all the history and current activity at every household or other premises being serviced. This includes all collections, missed collections and customer enquiries on a single, easy-to-use enquiry screen.
All data is related to the Unique Property Reference Number which allows the system to integrate tightly with CRM and other call-centre systems.
Round Plans
Waste Collector is a complete tool for planning, maintaining and analysing collection rounds and routes. Whether you operate single-vehicle rounds, zonal collections or one-off collections, Waste Collector supports you with real-time analysis and planning tools.
Special Collections
Standard 'Round Plans' generate repeated and consistent round sheets which can be modified daily to reflect additional collections, blacklisted accounts and special instructions. Round Sheets can be updated in real-time from the vehicles or mobile users.
Bin Management
A typical Local Authority has over 100,000 domestic and trade bins deployed. Improved asset management can quickly lead to substantial cost savings from
- reducing unauthorised bins
- reducing theft and migration of larger/smaller bins
- streamlining repairs
- retrieving 'illegal' bins
- improving stock control
Waste Collector automates the entire process of bin delivery, auditing and life-cycle management. Each premises has a completely accurate bin register and historical record of bin deliveries and replacements.
Waste Collector is completely compatible with all common RFID and barcode tagging systems.
Litter Bins and Street Furniture
Waste Collector doesn't manage domestic bins, but also fixed bins for litter, animal waste and other street furniture. Each item is accurately mapped using GPS technology to allow detailed route / round analysis within the 3-dimensional mapping tool.
Detailed reports show the service history of each bin and indicate bins which are heavily or lightly used, allowing collection frequencies to be personalised to each bin and to respond automatically to seasonal changes.
For example, a crew might record that a particular litter bin is almost empty during the winter months and the system can suggest a less frequent collection rate. During the summer months Waste Collector would spot any increase in usage and suggest returning to twice-weekly collections.
